Age Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any stage of the order process. Orders placed by minors will be canceled immediately without notice.

2. Products, Pricing & Tax Advantages
Product Authenticity: All products sold on our platform are 100% genuine, authentic, and legitimately sourced.
Pricing Policy: Our competitive pricing is achieved through legitimate duty-free/tax-exempt sourcing, streamlined supply chains, and bulk purchasing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer or to cancel orders due to stock limitations or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Orders & Shipping
Dispatch & Processing: Orders are dispatched from our local Australian warehouse within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. No dispatches occur on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days. Exact delivery times may vary depending on local courier schedules.
Discrete Packaging: To protect your personal privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with zero product descriptions on the exterior label.
Transit Damages: Products are protected with extra-thick bubble packaging. In the rare event of transit damage, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video (clearly showing the outer shipping label with the order number and the damaged items inside) via WhatsApp to claim compensation or a free replacement.
4. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, with factory seals intact, and in a condition suitable for secondary sale.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is delivered to and inspected at our warehouse, eligible refunds will be issued within 24 hours.
